Now that you've seen the photos, features and technical info of
WAB-3001/3002/7000, you might be wondering, "What can they really
do?"
Check out these application diagrams showing in more detail the
best way to build and deploy a large-scale wireless network with
these professional-level wireless access points.

1. AP Client
and Repeater Mode: WAB-3002/WAB-7000
The red building is bad. He's trying to block the wireless
signal to the man sitting on top of the remote office. It's a
good thing the system integrator installed a WAB-3002 on the
top of the green building. Now it's easy to work around any
difficult deployment challenge. Sometimes you can't move
buildings, but you can change your strategy!
And since all 3 products can work in AP and Repeater modes
simultaneously, the signal is sent remotely while also
offering a wireless internet connection locally for users
withing range of the APs location.

2. Short to
Medium Range Bridge (WDS): WAB-3001
Just because you're a farmer doesn't mean you're stuck in
the past. This dairy farmer wants an easy way to send all his
daily info back to the main office. By creating a bridge in
WDS mode, he's able to send his daily cow count back to the
farmhouse using his laptop computer. WAB-3001 comes with a
built-in 9 dBi antenna, making it very easy to build this
wireless network. And with Power over Ethernet, only a single
cable runs from the top of the roof to the PoE switch.

3. Super long
distances in pure Bridge mode: WAB-3002/7000
Sometimes it's just too costly and too time-consuming to
try and extend the local network beyond a single building.
That's when using LevelOne professional-level Wireless Access
Points come in handy.
Both WAB-3002 and WAB-7000 feature N-type connectors,
giving the systems integrator the freedom to choose the
antenna that's right for any deployment. Here we see 2
buildings connected together creating a WLAN that can reach
over 20km*.
Actual distance performance may vary and depends on
physical environment conditions.
*Theoretical distance only.

4. Advanced
Point to Multi-Point Network: WAB-3001/3002/7000
Point to multi-point networks are ideal for networks that
need to share data between many buildings, namely a college
or corporate campus. By using all 3 of the WAB products
discussed above, system integrators can choose the antenna
and access point that works best. Using pure bridge mode
allows long range connections, while using WDS mode allows
for short-range connections that can also offer internet
connections outside the building. (See example 1 for more
info.)
